AI Content & Model Licensing Terms

Approved final deliverables may be used for agreed websites, social media, digital advertising, e-commerce, campaigns, print and brand marketing.

Models from Kriyon Media's existing synthetic talent library may be used across multiple client projects. Shared models are non-exclusive.

Premium packages may include a custom synthetic model developed around the client's brand direction and reusable across future campaigns.

Exclusivity may be purchased separately and defined by category, territory and duration. During the agreed exclusivity period, Kriyon Media will not intentionally use the same character for another competing brand within those agreed limits.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the underlying synthetic character, character system, source assets and production workflows remain Kriyon Media assets. The client receives usage rights to approved final campaign deliverables.

A broader character-rights transfer or full buyout may be offered under a separately priced written agreement.

The client confirms that supplied products, logos, trademarks, photographs, designs and reference materials are authorised for the intended commercial use.

Synthetic characters are intended as original digital identities and are not intended to intentionally replicate celebrities, influencers or real individuals without appropriate permission.

AI-assisted content is subject to evolving intellectual-property laws and third-party platform terms. Commercial usage rights are provided according to the project agreement. Independent copyright registration, absolute uniqueness or worldwide exclusivity are not automatically guaranteed.

Project-specific usage rights, exclusivity, territory, duration and buyout terms stated in the signed proposal or agreement will control where they differ from these general terms.
